To maintain wholesale pricing, we typically require a minimum order value of $500 or a specific unit count per SKU, which is clearly listed on each product page.
Do your electronics come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all electronics sold through One Wholesale are 100% authentic and include the standard manufacturer warranty. We also provide a 30-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement guarantee.
How long does shipping take for large pallet orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Freight shipping for pallets typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping for wholesale electronics?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the UK. For other international destinations, please contact our logistics team to arrange a freight forwarder.
What payment methods do you accept for high-value transactions?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For orders exceeding $5,000, we recommend wire transfers to avoid processing delays.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample units at a slightly higher retail rate. If you proceed with a bulk order of that item within 14 days, we will credit the price difference back to your account.
