Log into your wholesale account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through the orders dashboard.

Prepare the Shipment

Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static bags and boxes to prevent any transit damage.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided RMA label and attach it clearly to the exterior of the shipping carton before dropping it off at a certified carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Our technical team will inspect the hardware for defects or damage within 5 business days, after which your refund or credit will be issued.
